Life with Bengal Cat
I've learned it won't be easy the very first day...
Luisa managed the long trip to Germany quite well. She was doing some monologues but I'm used to that. I have talkative cats (well as their owner :)).
Whole menagerie came to look at the new thing I brought. "Something to eat?". Luisa spattered of course.
Her first trip was the litter, as every time I brought new cat home. Luisa understood quickly what she was suppose to do. Then a bowl and after that the exploration of the new place and pack. She was not very thrilled about Yorkshire terrier Kačenka first but they got used to each other quickly and Luisa started to discover new places.
My experiences taught me patience and tolerance so I didn't worry much about her suspicions toward me. Our relation is improving but she's still not a cat to nurse :(.We respect each other and she doesn't miss welcoming me home.
Luisa is dominant cat and she's trying to overthrow current leader Filip. There are teeth and claws sometimes but that's what are cats about and no harm no foul. Other pack members are submissive so they are only for games. Those games are more sprightly than they used to be, I some time find cat in a curtain or in a lump of clay from a pot but they all seem happy and "what a man wouldn't do for a cat".
I must say I have what I wished for: piece of nature, pack of cats with their minds.
