Saphira Whinecat – we call her paní Trojnožka at home
Saphira is a Bengal kitten from our cattery who earned the nickname paní Trojnožka right from the start. She was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around the last segment of her rear right leg. Unfortunately, the restriction likely occurred during prenatal development, and the leg didn’t form properly.
Our veterinarian is currently monitoring her condition to see how she uses the leg in daily life. In the worst case, amputation might be necessary to prevent painful pressure sores or injury.
Despite her physical difference, paní Trojnožka is a happy, curious, and energetic Bengal kitten who enjoys playing, exploring, and spending time with people. She runs, climbs, and moves around the kitten room and other spaces just like her littermates.
Her coat features the warmest brown shade in the litter, with beautifully symmetrical, medium-sized rosettes and a striking contrast. Even with her handicap, she is a stunning Bengal cat with a loving, affectionate personality.
The price of this Bengal kitten will be adjusted based on her condition and any potential future care needs. We’re looking for a truly loving home where no one counts legs – only the love she brings.
Reservations are now open. If you’re interested in any of the kittens, don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’ll be happy to help you choose and answer any questions.
Visits from future owners are welcome starting around the fourth week of age. We look forward to welcoming you in person!
