Whinecat in a New Look
Whinecat in a New Look – Why We Redesigned Our Website and What We Want to Share with You
Our cattery, Whinecat, has been around since 2008. Over the years, we've experienced countless joys, challenges, sleepless nights during births, thousands of hours of cuddling, socializing, cat shows, and long conversations with both future and current owners who share our love for cats. And while our feline companions remain the true stars of our everyday lives, we’ve recently realized something important – our website no longer truly reflected who we are today.
So, we decided it was time for a makeover. Not just because the old site was showing its age, but because we wanted to show you the world of Whinecat as we really live it – with elegance, a focus on quality, and the occasional bit of fur on the keyboard.
What’s Waiting for You on the New Website?
You’ll find everything you might be curious about – an overview of our cats, information about current and past litters, a photo gallery full of our furry models, and now also a blog where we share the joys (and sometimes the challenges) of breeding life.
We’ve added new articles and a special blog section for future cat owners, where you’ll discover what it really means to welcome a pedigree kitten into your life – and why we don’t believe it’s “just a more expensive pet.” You’ll learn what our kittens experience before they leave for their new homes, how we prepare them for life with humans, and what essentials they take with them when they go.
Why Are We Doing All This?
Because breeding isn’t just about cute photos and soft little paws. It’s also about responsibility, education, and a deep love for animals. We want to give you a closer look into how we work, what brings us joy, what challenges we face – and help debunk some of the myths that still surround the world of breeding. (No, we don’t sell “million-dollar cats,” and no, a pedigree cat isn’t an eccentric whim.)
And of course – we want to stay more connected with you. To share updates, the joys of new kittens, photos that simply must be seen by the world, and sometimes a story or two that will make you smile or warm your heart.
Thank You for Being with Us
A big thank-you also goes to StaWebnice, the company that brought our new website to life with patience, care, and a great eye for detail. Thanks to them, our ideas became reality – and the result speaks for itself.
